Production time varies. Orders are completed in the order they are paid unless a rush fee is added.

Do mockups mean my order is done?

No. Mockups are for approval only.

Can I rush my order?

Rush orders are subject to availability and require an additional fee.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final due to the custom nature of our work.

Do you work with copyrighted characters?

We do not claim ownership of any characters. Designs are for personal use only.
