Custom Orders

All items are made-to-order and customized specifically for each client. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.

Mock-Ups & Approval

A mock-up will be sent for approval before production begins (when applicable).

Once a mock-up is approved, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

If no response is received within 24 hours of mock-up delivery, StudioPOP reserves the right to proceed with production to meet turnaround time.

Production Time

Production time is 3–10 business days after mock-up approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Payments

Full payment is required before production begins. Orders will not be started without payment.

Event Dates

Customers are responsible for ordering in advance. StudioPOP is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or last-minute orders.

Design Ownership

All custom designs created by StudioPOP remain the property of StudioPOP Creations and may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
