Processing Time

All StudioPOP items are custom-made to order.

Production time is 3–10 business days after mock-up approval.

Shipping does NOT begin until production is complete.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (after production)

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (after production)

Please note: Shipping speed does not change production time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Incorrect Addresses

StudioPOP is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.

Delays

StudioPOP is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather disruptions, or lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is selected, you will receive an email when your order is ready. Pickup instructions will be provided at that time.

Event Dates 

Customers are responsible for ordering in advance of their event. StudioPOP is not responsible for delays due to last-minute purchases.
